With a robust background including roles at Cisco Systems as a Technical Solution Specialist and extensive experience collaborating with Fortune 500 companies, we have witnessed firsthand how leveraging technology can streamline operations, boost profitability, and drive innovation. Armed with a Master's in Telecommunications at University of Maryland and a Bachelor's in Computer Science with focuses in AI and business, we've discovered that small businesses no longer face insurmountable barriers to accessing advanced technological solutions. With a robust background including roles as an engineer at Cisco, Ooma, and as a senior dedicated engineer at Palo Alto Networks, has firsthand experience in resolving complex technical challenges and architecting large networks. He also served as a technical lead on numerous projects, guiding strategy and overcoming technical challenges. As a visionary, tactician, problem solver, and strategist, Malcolm brings a unique perspective to Packet Fanatic LLC. Our mission is to take complex business problems and solve them using cutting-edge technological solutions, with a particular focus on efficiency.
